From The East Studio was founded by a stay at home mother in 2021, one year into the Covid 19 pandemic. At first, candle making was just a way for me to relax my mind after spending all day taking care of my new born baby and not being able to go out to see family and friends.

Along the way, I realized that there is a lack of Asian Culture representation in the candle industry. Nevertheless, From The East Studio was founded to fill that void and to share my culture with the rest of the world.

We incorporate Asian inspired designs with familiar scents that we grew up with to embrace our heritage, and being able to connect to our culture as Asian Americans.

We understand that when gifting your love ones, you want to send a gift that truly shows how much you care. We believe that a candle makes the perfect gift for many occasions, you name it, we have a candle to celebrate everything in life. There's nothing quite like receiving a beautiful crafted item made just for you.

We care as much about the ingredients in our products as you care about the products in your home. That’s why all our candles are hand-poured in the US using all natural soy wax blend with cotton wicks and custom fragrance oils to deliver a long-lasting, great-smelling burn.

Our candles are also cruelty-free, non-toxic and contain no lead, plastics, paraben, phthalates or synthetic dyes.

Our packaging is beautiful, practical and environmental friendly making the order a delight to receive.
